Why can’t schools teach about intelligent design?
Can schools teach intelligent design? In the 2005 court case Kitzmiller v Dover Area School District, a district court judge determined that teaching intelligent design was an unconstitutional establishment of religion. Richard Thompson of the Thomas More Law Center defended the schoolboard that wanted to teach intelligent design and evolution and tells us why it was a poor decision.

Kishor Jayabalan director of the Acton Institute’s Rome office, Instituto Acton, joins us to talk about Pope Benedict XVI and what is Europe.
